CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 22, 2009, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence held on May 6, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on May 1, 2009, a suspension of the 5 day posting rule on May 4, 2009 to hear SB 116, and a suspension of the 5 day posting rule on May 6, 2009 to hear SB 1529, SB 1557, SB 2225, SB 727, SB 1173, SB 1377, SB 1710 and SB 1774, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gallego, at 10:00 p.m.
