CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 23, 2009, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence held on April 16, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 16, 2009, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gallego, at 11:47 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Gallego; Christian; Kent; Miklos; Moody; Vaught; Vo (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Fletcher; Hodge; Pierson; Riddle (4).

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 1472.

 

The chair recognized Representative Miklos to explain the measure.

 

Representative Miklos moved that HB 1472, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
