Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 2009, and revised on April 3, 2009, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Violent Crime, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Miklos, at 8:36 a.m.
