Pursuant to a notice posted on May 19, 2009 and pursuant to an announcement from the house floor, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 7:30 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Coleman; Morrison; Berman; Bolton; Castro; Davis, John; Marquez; Sheffield; Smith, Wayne (9).

 

Absent:              None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Food and refreshments were served.

 

At 10:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
