Pursuant to a notice posted on May 6, 2009 and revised on May 7, 2009;  pursuant to the suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules to add SB 1478, SB 1500, SB 1554, SB 1574, SB 1705, SB 2058, SB 2072, SB 2197 and SB 2522 on May 7, 2009; and pursuant to the suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules to add SB 2517 on May 11, 2009, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 11:00 p.m.
