Pursuant to a notice posted on March 25, 2009, revised twice on March 25, 2009, suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules to add bills HB 487, HB 4683, HB 4704, and HB 4730 and pursuant to permission to meet while the House was in session during the reading and referral of bills on March 30, 2009, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 2:35 p.m.
