Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 13, 2009, the House Committee on Corrections met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McReynolds, at 12:12 p.m.

The chair laid out SB 2304.

 

Representative Madden moved that SB 2304, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives McReynolds; Madden; Dutton; England; Hodge; Marquez; Martinez, "Mando"; Sheffield (8).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).
