Pursuant to a notice posted on March 27, 2009, the House Committee on Corrections met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative McReynolds, at 8:10 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Dutton; England; Marquez; Martinez, "Mando" (4).

 

A quorum was present.

Representative McReynolds offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection.
