Pursuant to a Notice Posted on August 30, 2010, the Committee on Redistricting's Subcommittee on Marshall Redistricting, met jointly in a Public Hearing with the Committee on Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence's Subcommittee on Marshall Redistricting.

 

The Committee on Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence's Subcommittee was called to order by its Chairman, Representative Hughes, at 11:18 a.m.

 

 

ROLL CALL

 

The Roll was called and was answered as follows:

 

Present:         Representative Hughes (Chairman); and

                        Representative Jackson

                        TOTAL―2

 

Absent:           Representative Alonzo

                        TOTAL─1

 

A Quorum of that particular Subcommittee was PRESENT.

The Committee on Redistricting's Subcommittee was called to order by its Chairman, Representative Deshotel, likewise at 11:18 a.m.
