Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 24, 2009, and permission received to meet while the House is in session on May 24, 2009, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McCall, at 8:31 p.m.

on the Constitutional Amendments Calendar for  Tuesday, May 26, 2009:  SJR18, SJR25.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives McCall; Coleman; Cook; Geren; Keffer; Kolkhorst; McReynolds; Solomons (8).

 

Nays:                             Representative Chavez (1).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).
