Pursuant to a notice posted on May 18, 2009, the House Committee on Calendars met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative McCall, at 6:45 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives McCall; Chavez; Coleman; Cook; Creighton; Geren; Keffer; Kolkhorst; McReynolds; Ritter; Solomons (11).

 

Absent:              Representatives Lucio III; Kuempel (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Food, refreshments served.

 

At 9:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
