Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 4, 2009, and permission received to meet while the House is in session on May 4, 2009, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McCall, at 5:47 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

on the Resolutions Calendar for Wednesday, May 6, 2009:  HCR139, HR798.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                             None (0).
