Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 23, 2009, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McCall, at 5:07 p.m.

Representative Lucio III moved to place the following measures:

on the Major State Calendar for Wednesday, March 25, 2009:  HB394, HB873; and

 

on the General State Calendar for Wednesday, March 25, 2009:  HB38, HB693, HB782, HB968, HB1637, HB1695, HB1822.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives McCall; Lucio III; Chavez; Coleman; Cook; Creighton; Geren; Kolkhorst; Kuempel; McReynolds; Ritter; Solomons (12).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

At 5:09 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
