Pursuant to a notice posted on June 23, 2010, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a Joint public hearing with the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 10:11 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Deshotel; Elkins; Christian; Giddings; Orr; Quintanilla; Turner, Sylvester (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives England; Gattis; Keffer; Miller, Sid (4).

 

A quorum was present.

At 3:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
