Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 12, 2009 to be granted permission to meet during dinner recess, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 6:33 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:
