Pursuant to a notice posted on April 15, 2009, and revised on April 15, 2009 to add HB 2699, and revised on April 20, 2009 to reflect the suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 18, 2009 to add HB 3993 and HB 4515, and pursuant to an announcement on the house floor to be granted permission to meet during the reading and referral of bills,  the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 3:50 p.m.
