CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 27, 2009, the House Committee on Business & Industry authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Business & Industry held on March 30, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 25, 2009, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 9:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Deshotel; Elkins; Christian; England; Keffer; Orr; Quintanilla (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Gattis; Giddings; Miller, Sid; Turner, Sylvester (4).

 

A quorum was present.
