Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 25, 2009, and being granted permission to meet while the house is in session during the reading and referral of bills on March 25, 2009, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 2:43 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:
