Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2009, and revised on February 23, 2009, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on General Government, Subcommittee on General Government, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 8:09 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Otto; Creighton; Herrero (3).

 

Absent:            Representatives Brown, Fred; Flores (2).

 

A quorum was present.

At 10:25 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
