A quorum was present.

At 9:56 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:47 p.m., February 25, 2009.

 

The committee reconvened at 2:06 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Otto; Brown, Fred; Herrero (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Creighton; Flores (2).
