Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor and permission granted to meet while the House is in session on May 21, 2009, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pitts, at 2:51 p.m.

Representative Herrero moved that SB 2567, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
