Pursuant to a notice posted on April 16, 2010, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzalez Toureilles, at 10:39 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representative Brown, Betty (1).

 

A quorum was present.
