Pursuant to a notice posted on May 1, 2009, and suspension of five-posting rule and all necessary rules on May 4, 2009, to hear SB 212, SB 1501, SB 1666, SB 1806,  the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzalez Toureilles, at 8:36 a.m.
