On March 17, 2009, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock held on March 10, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 5, 2009, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzalez Toureilles, at 8:05 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Gonzalez Toureilles; Anderson; Brown, Betty; Hardcastle; Heflin; Kleinschmidt; Rios Ybarra; Swinford (8).

 

Absent:              Representative Crabb (1).

 

A quorum was present.
