Amend HB 482 by adding the following appropriately numbered items: (__) On page 2, line 13, between "ELIGIBILITY" and "A" insert "(a)". (__) On page 2, between lines 19 and 20, insert: (b) In determining eligibility under Subsection (a)(3) the department is not authorized to enforce federal immigration laws.
