	Amend HB 482 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page 2, line 16, strike "and".                                  
	(2)  On page 2, line 19, strike the period and substitute "; 
and".    
	(3)  On page 2, between lines 19 and 20, insert the 
following:               
		(3)  each owner of the small retailer who is a natural 
person is a United States citizen.
