Amend HB 300 on third reading by amending Section 228.201, Transportation Code, as amended by Floor Amendment No. 57 by Leibowitz, by adding Subsection (a-1) to read as follows: (a-1) Subsection (a) does not apply to a port of entry, as defined by Section 621.001.
