	Amend HB 300 on third reading as amended by Floor Amendment 
No. 134 by Phillips by striking Subsection (f) of Section 371.301, 
Transportation Code (page 2, lines 21-23), as renumbered and 
amended by the amendment and substituting:
	(f)  Except as provided by Subsections (h) and (i), the 
authority to enter into comprehensive development agreements 
provided by this section expires on August 31, 2013 [2009].
