	Amend proposed CSHB 300, in ARTICLE ____ of the bill, by 
adding the following SECTIONS, appropriately numbered, and 
renumbering existing SECTIONS in ARTICLE ____ accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Section 222.103, Transportation Code, is 
amended by adding new subsection (i) to read as follows:
	(i)  In providing financial assistance for toll projects, the 
commission shall give priority to providing financial assistance to 
public entities in the development, financing, construction and 
operation of toll projects by the public entity under Section 
228.011, Section 228.0111 or Chapter 373.
