Note Regarding HB 1287: It is the intention of the committee to hear |

testimony from those witnesses who, for religious reasons, were unable to |

attend the hearing of this bill on April 3. |

The committee will stand in recess while the House is in session, and will |

reconvene upon final adjournment/recess to hear remaining bills on the |

It is the policy of the committee to set a time limit of THREE MINUTES for |

oral testimony. Witnesses should keep this limitation in mind when |
|
preparing their oral presentations. |
