The posting rule, Senate Rule 11.18, was suspended so the Senate Committee on Business and Commerce could meet at 8:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m.

The Chairman read a Motion in Writing requesting unanimous consent to be shown voting aye on submitted by the following:  Senator Janek on HB 2936, HB 1467, HB 2783, HB 1205, CSHB 624, HB 2605, HB 4065, HB 2723, HB 1166, CSHB 3706, CSHB 1386, CSHB 3101, CSHB 3693, CSHB 3358, CSHJR 72, CSHB 2308, and CSHB 3271.

There being no further business, at 9:59 p.m. Senator Fraser moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
