CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 11, 2007, the House Committee on Ways & Means authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Ways & Means held on April 4, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2007, and pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules on April 2, 2007, to consider HB 2786, and a revised posting on April 2, 2007, to reflect the suspension, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, Jim, at 6:22 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Davis, Yvonne; Flores; Paxton; Pitts (4).
