Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 15, 2007, and permission granted to meet while the House is in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, Jim, at 12:34 p.m.
