Pursuant to a notice posted on August 15, 2007, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bailey, at 10.05 A.M.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Bailey; Murphy; Menendez; Mallory Caraway (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Cohen; Latham; Martinez Fischer (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 1:41 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
