Pursuant to a NOTICE posted on April 20, 2007, the Committee on Urban Affairs, of the Texas House of Representatives, met in a PUBLIC HEARING and was called to order by the Chairman, the Honorable Kevin Bailey, at 8:41 p.m.

HOUSE BILL No. 3592--NO ACTION TAKEN

 

The Chairman announced that, per the request of the bill's author, the Committee would take NO ACTION today on HOUSE BILL No. 3592.

The Chairman laid out HOUSE BILL No. 4113.

 

The Chairman recognized Representative Cohen to explain the measure.

 

Vice-Chairman Murphy offered a complete COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE.
