Pursuant to a SUSPENSION of the FIVE-DAY POSTING RULE announced on the Floor of the Texas House of Representatives on April 3, 2007, (House Journal, Page 1503, daily edition),  the SUBCOMMITTEE ON HOUSING, of the full Committee on Urban Affairs, of the Texas House of Representatives, met in a PUBLIC HEARING, and was called to order by the Subcommittee Chairman, the Honorable José Menédez, at 8:07 a.m.
