Pursuant to a notice posted on March 9, 2007, the Committee on Urban Affairs, of the Texas House of Representatives, met in a PUBLIC HEARING and was called to order by the Chairman, Representative Kevin Bailey, at 2:23 p.m.

Due to commitments between more than one committee conducting public hearings at the same time, I was not able to personally participate in each vote conducted today in the Committee on Urban Affairs.  Please note for the record that, had I been present, I would have voted as follows on the indicated bills:
