Pursuant to a notice posted on January 30, 2008, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Handicapped Parking, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harless, at 1:06 p.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Harless; Murphy (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Macias (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 3:11 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
