Pursuant to a notice posted on January 30, 2008, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Bus Lanes, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Murphy, at 10:10 a.m.

 

Present:           Representative Murphy (1).

 

Absent:            Representatives Macias; Harless (2).

 

A quorum was not present.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 10:45 a.m., on the motion of Representative Murphy and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
