Pursuant to a notice posted on March 21, 2007, permission granted to meet during the reading and referral of bills, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 26, 2007, to consider HB 180, HB 1998, HB 2683, HB 2684, and HB 2685, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Swinford, at 5:28 p.m.
