Pursuant to a notice posted on March 14, 2007, permission granted to meet during the reading and referral of bills, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 19, 2007, to hear HB 2914 and HB 2936, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Swinford, at 4:12 p.m.
