Pursuant to a notice posted on September 11, 2008, the House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative McClendon, at 2:05 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives McClendon; England; Hancock (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Macias; Bolton; Cohen; Harless; Hernandez; King, Susan; Murphy; Ortiz, Jr. (8).

 

(Representative Bolton now present.)

 

At 3:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
