Pursuant to a notice posted on March 5, 2007, and after a suspension of the rules on the house floor by Chairman McClendon to meet during reading and referral of bills.  The House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Chairman McClendon, at 7:10 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:
