Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on February 12, 2007, the House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McClendon, at 3:15 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives McClendon; Macias; Hancock; Hernandez; King, Susan; Murphy (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Bolton; Cohen; England; Harless; Ortiz, Jr. (5).

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative Harless now present.)

 

The Chair named teams to review the resolutions before the committee.

 

At 3:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
