Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 7, 2007, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 12:15 p.m.

The chair laid out SB913, the companion to HB2845.

 

Representative Hilderbran offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Howard, Donna moved that SB913, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
