Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 23, 2007, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 11:57 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hilderbran; Kuempel; Dukes; Homer; Howard, Donna; O'Day; Phillips (7).

 

Absent:              None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

HB12

 

The chair laid out HB12 as pending business.

 

Representative Hilderbran offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Phillips moved that HB12, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives Hilderbran; Kuempel; Dukes; Homer; O'Day; Phillips (6).

 

Nays:                             Representative Howard, Donna (1).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

 

Absent:                          None  (0).
