CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 3, 2007, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism held on March 6, 2007. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 1, 2007, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 2:04 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hilderbran; Kuempel; Dukes; Homer; Howard, Donna; O'Day (6).

 

Absent:              Representative Phillips (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The chair directed that the February 27, 2007, minutes for the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

The chair recognized Representative Dukes to explain the measure.
