Pursuant to a notice posted on February 1, 2007, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 2:05 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Dukes; Howard, Donna; Phillips (3).

 

A quorum was present.
