Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor and permission to meet during reading and referral of bills, on March 22, 2007, the House Committee on Regulated Industries met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at 12:39 p.m.

Representative King, Phil offered a complete committee substitute.
The chair explained the measure.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Christian moved that SB 482, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
