Pursuant to a notice posted on February 5, 2007, the House Committee on Regulated Industries met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at 2:16 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives King, Phil; Christian; Crabb; Smithee; Straus; Swinford (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Turner; Hartnett; Oliveira (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The chair named the following members to the subcommittee on Renewable Energy and Transmission:  Representative Swinford, Chair; Representatives Smithee and Turner.

 

The chair named the following members to the subcommittee on Energy Conservation and Efficiency:  Representative Straus, Chair; Representatives Crabb and Oliveira.
